We got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was modern, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the main attractions and close to public transportation. The staff, especially Maria and Barbara, were welcoming, helpful, and provided us with valuable tips and information.

During our stay at Oporto Bernardes Studios - Heroismo, we were impressed by the sparkling cleanliness and modernity of the apartment. We also appreciated the balcony, which provided a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the view. The hosts were incredibly caring and attentive, going the extra mile to ensure our comfort. We were pleased to find an espresso machine in the kitchen, perfect for starting our mornings on a caffeinated note.

While there were mostly positive aspects to our stay, we did encounter a few minor drawbacks. it would have been nice to have a bit more equipment in the kitchen, such as an additional cutting board or knife, and another towel for drying dishes.

In my wife's opinion, having a phone charger available for guests would have been a great addition. Many travelers tend to forget or lose their chargers, and having one available would be very convenient, especially for families with children.
